CENY Alumni Programs
CENY offers the following programs to alumni who have completed at least 5 academic years:
Internships
Requirements:
Be at least 16 years of age
Have attended CENY for at least 5 years.
Have an excellent level of oral and written expression in Spanish.
It will be an asset:
Have passed the Advanced Placement course in Spanish, an advanced level of the DELE or have obtained some other equivalent certification.
Have previously worked at CENY as a volunteer.
Be able to demonstrate experience as a camp or day camp instructor.
Any academic, artistic, musical or athletic aptitude that helps to enrich the CENY program.
Tasks and conditions:
Attend CENY during the annual school Saturdays (only one paid Saturday off) from 9:45 am to 2:30 pm.
Perform the tasks established by the CENY academic team.
The internship will be remunerated at a rate to be determined by the CENY Board.
Volunteering
Requirements:
Be at least 14 years old
Have attended CENY for at least 5 years.
Have an excellent level of oral and written expression in Spanish.
Tasks and conditions:
Attend CENY for at least 15 school Saturdays per year. From 9:30 am to 2:30 pm, according to an established schedule and in agreement with the center.
Perform the tasks established by the CENY educational team.
Volunteering will not be remunerated, but the Council reserves the right to compensate volunteers in a symbolic manner.
